Key features This home has everything you will need for your next holiday! Four generous bedrooms, three bathrooms (all with showers, toilets and one with a bath), large spacious lounge rooms and laundry. A new, large and fully equipped kitchen is in the main house along with a mini-kitchen in the studio.
Configuration When you enter Copa Beachside through the entry door you will find yourself on the ground level with one queen bedroom, a bathroom, laundry, spacious lounge area, a 10-seat dining table and a large and newly updated kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and balcony and the other with a queen, low line bunk bed and balcony along with a bathroom and lounge area which overlooks the downstairs area. A large undercover walkway connects the main house and studio for a safe trip to and from; the studio has a queen bed, bathroom and lounge area with a mini-kitchen and full-size refrigerator.
Internet/WiFi access This property provides complimentary WIFI and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.
Special information The house and studio have an alarm system and you will be provided with the code before your check in.
Heating and cooling Copa Beachside features reverse cycle air-conditioning in both the main house and studio and fans which makes summer cool and winter warm if needed.
Supplies & Guest Amenities Upon arrival you will find individually sealed coffee, tea, milk, sugar/sweetener, salt/pepper and biscuits. Furthermore, tea towels, dishwashing liquid/tablets, sponge/wipe, paper towels and bin liners as well as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The house also provides cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper together with basic cleaning supplies such as Spray & Wipe, Glass/Mould/Toilet/BBQ Cleaner and a vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, dustpan/brush and long-handled broom. All supplies & guest amenities are starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.
Linen Covered doonas and pillows are provided. Linen is not supplied for this property. For your convenience three different linen packs from $15/guest - all including sheets and pillow slips for the beds, bath towels for the guests and face washers/bath mats/hand towels for the bathrooms - can be purchased directly through us. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
House Rules This property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo ID, refundable security bond (due two days prior to arrival and payable directly to us) and is subject to our Terms and Conditions. STRICTLY no parties or large gatherings, no bucks or hens and no smoking!
Pets Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee of $59/pet/stay which is directly to be paid to us. The backyard is fully enclosed for you and your pet's safety and has grass and decked areas.
Pet friendly terms and conditions must be agreed to, and any damages caused will be deducted from the bond. This permission is provided on a case by case basis and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
All pets are to remain outside, however small and toy breeds may be allowed inside following specific approval. Guests must ensure their dog:
- Is groomed to avoid moulting and is cleaned prior to entering the house to avoid marks to the property - Has had up to date worming, flea treatments, vaccinations - Has had nails trimmed to avoid scratches to the floors and furnishings - Does not jump up on beds, furniture or rugs (indoors or outdoors) - Is not left unattended as excessive barking may result in complaints from neighbours. If noise complaints are received and the pet cannot be quieted, guests will be required to remove the dog from the property at their own expense.
Additional cleaning charges may apply should pet hair, urine, fleas or any evidence (including smell) of the pet be left behind when guests leave. It is advised for pets to wear tick/flea collars to avoid bringing or picking up ticks/fleas to/from the area. We accepts no responsibility for death of, loss of, injury or sickness to pets during the accommodation period - full and sole responsibility for the pet and its actions lie with the pet owner and upon acceptance of terms and conditions the guest agree that no legal action (including payment of veterinary accounts) will be taken against us or the landlord and that no discussion will be entered into. Please be aware that some properties have not been designed to be pet friendly. Outdoors Enjoy outdoor living at its finest! Make the most of summer in the tropical court-yard surrounded by a canopy of trees featuring a large entertaining deck with shaded awning an outdoor hot shower, fans, barbeque, fire-place and thoughtful decoration which make this area the entertaining focus of the house. Private and spacious with the occasional bush turkey and possum strolling through. The house features a 5-minute walk to the beach and has access to the dog friendly lagoon across the road.
Parking There is parking for one car under the carport, and at least two cars on the driveway.
Refundable Security Deposit (Bond) The refundable security deposit is due two days prior to arrival and will be refunded after check out providing there are no bond issues.
Minimum stay/Stays with 14+ days There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and five or seven-night blocks during peak season. Bookings with 14+ days double the admin fee and include a mid-stay clean.
Check In/Out Check out is strictly 10:00 AM and check in from 3:00 PM unless an early check in and/or late check out has been booked prior to arrival and was confirmed in writing by us. If you wish to arrange a check in on a Sunday, the directly payable admin fee to us will increase by 1.5x. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year's Day or Easter public holidays, however if travelling arrangements require a check in on these days, please contact our office and we will check if we have cleaning staff available. Please note that in case we arrange a check in on a public holiday, the directly payable admin fee to us will increase by 2.5x. Please also note our properties have designated changeover days during the peak season to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
