Configuration When you enter Macs Beach you will find yourself in a sitting area with a hallway to its left leading to two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a set of single bunk beds plus one single bed, along with a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. To the right there is the lounge area with smart TV providing complimentary Netflix as well as Foxtel so you can continue watching your favourite shows. Further ahead enjoy the very spacious kitchen and gather around the eight-seater dining table; off the dining area another bedroom with a triple bunk and separate single. Down a hallway from the dining area, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed featuring an indulgent en-suite with shower, toilet and a walk-in robe.
Internet/WiFi access This property provides complimentary WIFI and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.
Special information Please note there is a study with a double bed in the hallway off the entry area with which may be used for an additional two guests. If you would like to make use of this, please call our office for more information.
Heating and cooling Macs Beach has air conditioning, along with ceiling fans and louvered windows. The house has been cleverly designed to catch the breeze when you open the louvres and doors during summer and in the winter the air-con will keep you warm and cosy.
Supplies & Guest Amenities Upon arrival you will find individually sealed coffee, tea, milk, sugar/sweetener, salt/pepper and biscuits. Furthermore, tea towels, dishwashing liquid/tablets, sponge/wipe, paper towels and bin liners as well as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The house also provides cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper together with basic cleaning supplies such as Spray & Wipe, Glass/Mould/Toilet/BBQ Cleaner and a vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, dustpan/brush and long-handled broom. All supplies & guest amenities are starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.
Linen Covered doonas and pillows are provided. Linen is not supplied for this property. For your convenience three different linen packs from $15/guest - all including sheets and pillow slips for the beds, bath towels for the guests and face washers/bath mats/hand towels for the bathrooms - can be purchased directly through us. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
House Rules This property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo ID, refundable security bond (due two days prior to arrival and payable directly to us) and is subject to our Terms and Conditions. STRICTLY no parties or large gatherings, no bucks or hens and no smoking!

Outdoors Enjoy serene and privacy with lush tropical gardens, sun-soaked north aspect, sheltered and alfresco entertaining decks with BBQ plus a sparkling pool - outdoor living at its finest! You will also find two outdoor showers to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.
Parking There is parking for up to three cars on the driveway and more off-street parking available.
Refundable Security Deposit (Bond) The refundable security deposit is due two days prior to arrival and will be refunded after check out providing there are no bond issues.
Minimum stay/Stays with 14+ days There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and five or seven-night blocks during peak season. Bookings with 14+ days double the admin fee and include a mid-stay clean.
Check In/Out Check out is strictly 10:00 AM and check in from 3:00 PM unless an early check in and/or late check out has been booked prior to arrival and was confirmed in writing by us. If you wish to arrange a check in on a Sunday, the directly payable admin fee to us will increase by 1.5x. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year's Day or Easter public holidays, however if travelling arrangements require a check in on these days, please contact our office and we will check if we have cleaning staff available. Please note that in case we arrange a check in on a public holiday, the directly payable admin fee to us will increase by 2.5x. Please also note our properties have designated changeover days during the peak season to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
