Founded in 2014, our family-run business has become established on many parts of the Central Coast as we take a unique approach to combine all aspects of property management under one roof.

Initially, we only provided cleaning and home & garden maintenance services for residential homes and offices. On our journey we discovered our passion for holiday lettings and since then have specialised in property management of short-term rentals.

Whether you are the host of a one-bedroom cabin or own a beach front mansion and have guests checking in and out on a tight schedule or simply use the space to accommodate friends and family – we’ll take care of everything from organising cleaning services, supplying linen and towels to preparing the house with guest supplies and amenities. Additionally, our in-house laundry service can retrieve any dirty owner linen from the premises to have it professionally washed, cleaned and then swiftly returned to the property.

As a licensed Real Estate agency, we are proud to offer a complete management pack available for both short and long-term rentals, this pack includes professional photography showcasing the interior and exterior of the property, strategic advertisement of your home across various websites and portals as well as appropriately liaising with all tenant inquiries to ensure that we find the most suitable renters for your property.
If required, we can provide assistance in the process of furnishing your property and help with what it takes to successfully transform your property into the perfect “Home from Home”.

We are prepared to go the extra mile for customers and clients and offer a variety of services for our guests to help make their holiday a long-lasting memory. Many of our guests have returned year for year whilst others have purchased their own homes on the Central Coast and asked us to manage their property which we feel extremely privileged by.

The Coast Shelter – Rondeley Domestic Violence Program

We are passionate when it comes to supporting women and children who have experienced domestic or family violence, which is why we are proud to donate 1% of our annual profits to The Coast Shelter – Rondeley Domestic Violence Program.

Coast Shelter is a not-for-profit charity based in NSW on the Central Coast. The program supports women with or without children who are escaping domestic violence and provides practical and moral support as well as accommodation in five cottages. This program ensures that women and their children who leave a violent relationship will have immediate support as well as safe accommodation.


Because no one deserves to be abused.
