Check in is easy, straight forward and available 24/7 as you don’t have to pick up keys from anywhere – you simply will be texted a code to your mobile on your check in day. All necessary access details will have already been emailed to you by then, including a “Survival Guide” with useful information about your “home from home” and area around and you have enough time to make yourself familiar with everything and ask us questions if needed.
Our holiday lettings are well-equipped and always cleaned by the same cleaning staff who take pride in their work and all houses are scheduled for regular safety and smoke alarm compliance tests.

If you are keen on spending some time without the children, no problem! We have employed child-experienced and police-checked nannies with First Aid Certificate who are available during the day as well as at night time.

Copacabana Property Management has also partnered with businesses in Copacabana and surrounding suburbs which are happy to grant discounts, specials or extras to all our guests during their stay. You will receive a list of all businesses involved – simply show your CPM Guest Rewards Card and take advantage of booking your holiday with us.
Our staff will carry out the routine inspection soon after your check out and when you have followed our “Check List for Check Out” and there are no issues in regards to the property condition reported, we will return your refundable security deposit straight away.
