This service covers the cost of the Check Out Clean (excluding cleaning of the oven & BBQ or mould removal), with no additional charges for linen/towels, as owners are asked to remake beds with the carefully stripped linen upon arrival and leave bath towels and bathroom packs untouched. Owners are encouraged to utilise the provided supplies.

This service does not entail a charge for the Check Out Clean, as the property is cleaned by owners. Owners handle the cleaning of the property themselves, with CPM staff offering a final touch-up (excluding oven & BBQ, fridge, bathrooms, and floors), straightening/tidying, and replenishing supplies before the arrival of the next guests.

Owners leave property, beds and supplies "guest clean/ready" as found upon arrival; CPM staff will not attend before next guests check in and supplies cannot be used.
